About the place

Studio available from February 2026 to July 2026

As I will be abroad for a few months, I am subletting my studio. It is a spacious studio located in Paddepoel. A supermarket, GP and pharmacy are within walking distance, just as a bus stop and a park. 

The studio has its own kitchen and bathroom with toilet. On top of that, there is a hallway for your coat(s) and to store some stuff.

In the morning and evening you can enjoy, in clear weather, the most beautiful views on the balcony and enjoy your meal or drink during the warmer days.

In case you have a pet, cats are allowed in this studio. You can bring them along and I can leave the cat scratcher in the studio. Besides that, there will be other furniture in the studio such as a bed, dining table and washing machine. 

The preffered subletter is a student aged between 20 and 28 years, respectful of other people's stuff and a non-smoker.
