Within one minute you can reach Julianaplein and drive straight out of the city. For people who have to travel a lot by public transport, the main station is just a five-minute walk away. You can reach the city center of Groningen in five minutes by bike. The district itself has a supermarket, cafeteria and drugstore and a hairdresser only 100 to 200 meters away.

Parking:
If you have a car, you can request a parking pass from the municipality.

The rental price is excluding municipal taxes. These costs are for the resident of the studio.

Lease agreement:
The rental contract is entered into for 12 months. If you want to rent for a shorter period, this is possible in consultation.

Deposit:
One month's deposit is required.
