The essential things like: kitchenette, the fridge, the bed, a desk and chair, and some storage will stay.

You have your own bathroom and little kitchenette. There is also a big shared kitchen which you share with 6 other people. 

The washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are shared with 6 people. 

This is a great option for international students who value their private space but like to socialize now and then in a shared space like the kitchen.
