About the place

Due to a trip through Europe with my campervan, I am looking for a subtenant for my (new) studio located 5 minutes by bike from the citycenter, university and the station as of July 1, 2025. The rental period is flexible and in consultation, up to a maximum of one year.

Characterize:
- 40 m2 of living space, private kitchen, shower, toilet
- The entrance is shared with 5 other apartments/studios. All working people live in the building; Students and parties are not allowed!
- I leave the larger furniture, such as the sofa, cupboards, table, chairs, bed and can be used
- I am looking for 1 quiet/neat person, 25+ and working. No preference for man or woman
- Deposit 1x monthly rent

The rent is 1080,- per month including gas, water, electricity, service costs, use of washing machine & dryer, and use of a shed for a bicycle
