About the place

I am going abroad for several months and during this time my apartment in central Enschede can be subleased by someone else. The period when the apartment is available is from November up till and including Januari, after this period I will be moving back into the apartment.

It is a sizable apartment from 37 square meters, including bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area. You share the corridor with four other people, and it is where the washing machine and dryer are located that the owner let place. This apartment gives you right for rent allowance (huurtoeslag) which is nice for students, you must be at minimal 23 years old for this and it can increase to €414, -.

You will be living above a restaurant with the front door being on the terrace of the restaurant (see foto). This apartment is centrally located in Enschede:
•	Enschede central station at 5-10 minutes walk.
•	University at 15-20 minutes cycling.
•	Saxion at 10-15 minutes walk.
•	Centrum of Enschede at 0 minutes walking (you are living in the centrum).
•	Different supermarkets at 5-10 minutes’ walk.

**Some furniture can stay in the apartment at request so you can use it.
***The owner of the building will have to approve the person who subleases.
