About the place

A versatile studio with a separate sleeping room and living room. It also has its own kitchen and bathroom. It's located close to city center of Enschede and by bike it's 5 minutes to Saxion HBO and 15 minutes to the University of Twente. Water, heating, electricity and WiFI is included.

The furniture is not included. If you're interested in the furniture, the current tennant is willing to sell it. The furniture is not the same as seen on  the pictures.
