About the place

I’m renting out my furnished studio from February 7 to August 1, as I’ll be spending a semester in Lisbon! (The dates can be adjusted in consultation.)

Are you looking for a cozy studio in a prime location in Enschede? The studio is just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride from the city center/Saxion and a 10-minute bike ride from the University of Twente. With an area of approximately 40 m², it features a combined living/sleeping area and kitchen, a separate hallway, and a private bathroom. I’ll leave the large furniture in place (unless you prefer otherwise), so you don’t need to buy anything new. There’s also a storage room in the basement where you can securely park your bike.

The rent is €800 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. I’m also asking for a €300 deposit, which will be fully refunded after the rental period if everything is in good condition.
