“Het Centrum”, a brand new student residence located just minutes from NHL Stenden Campus and the center of Emmen.

As of August 15 (if renovation is complete) there will be no less than 27 self-contained studios available, which have their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, sink, built-in refrigerator and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hanging toilet, sink with mixer tap, design radiator and an overhead cabinet with mirror.

The self-contained studios on the ground and second floor are fully furnished, while the self-contained studios located on the second floor are fully furnished.

Each floor offers a common living room equipped with a spacious kitchen and sitting area. The complex has laundry rooms equipped with washing machines and dryers, secure bicycle storage, private parking and a spacious outdoor terrace.

A total of five types will be available, which can be seen on the floor plans.

Type A: approximately 28 m2, the basic rent is €635 per month. 
Type B: approximately 27 m2, the basic rent is €635 per month.
Type C: approximately 24 m2, the basic rent is €620, - per month.
Type D: approximately 23 m2, the basic rent amounts to €615, - per month.
Type E: approximately 21 m2, the basic rent is €580, - per month.

Rental allowance on this accommodation is possible from the age of 23.
