Studio appartement in Eindhoven, Woensel. 

Studio is within walking distance of shopping center Woensel XL (2-3 min walk). It is less then 10 minutes from/to the city by car with plenty of parking space. Public transport is also really nice because of the Woensel XL bus station nearby (~15min to reach the city by buss).

The studio has no shared rooms and comes with a bike storage and washing room available.

The studio is ment for one person. We are open to short term tenants however we prefer long term. We will give a one year contract and if everything is OK for both parties we will extent the contract for an undetermined time, or as long as the tenants prefers. 

The rent is €695, GWL is €115 and other costs including internet, service etc are €45. 

Feel free to send a message if you are interested. We can communicate in both Dutch and english however we will respond in english to make it easier. We will ask everyone to fill in a small questionnaire so we have a better idea of the profile. After that we will invite some of you for a look around on either Wednesday or Saturday.  

We will try to respond to everyone ASAP but because kamernet is very slow on mobile will most likely only respond between 18.00 - 21.00
