We are looking for a quiet tenant (strictly one person) and prefer someone who will use the studio on weekdays only. Ideal for a working student, intern, or temporary employee who studies and/or works in Eindhoven.
The studio is located on the top floor of our house: a townhouse in the center of Eindhoven, in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood opposite a lovely park. (Not a student house!)
The studio consists of two rooms and a separate private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine). It also has a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, stove, etc. The space is semi-furnished (curtains and carpeting) and includes storage space, with access to a lockable area for a bicycle. Total area approx. 35 m².
The rent is €500 per month, including utilities and Wi-Fi. The security deposit is €500.
