About the place

I am subletting my completely furbished studio from January to March 2025. The studio is 28 square meters, including a bathroom. The studio has a kitchenette, bed, and other furniture (see pictures).
 
Price
There is no laundry machine in the studio. The rent of the studio is 849.22 a month, with a deposit equal to 1 month of rent. Persons from the EU who are older than 23 might be eligible for rental compensation. A contract will be made by my landlord, for which they charge 125 euros. These costs are paid by the subletter.

Location
 The studio is located in the south of Ede, with the train station 10 minutes away on bike, and the Wageningen University 20 minutes on bike. There is also a good bus connection to the university nearby. The studio is meant to be inhabited by one person.
