Description of spaces:
Your room: it is in the atticum at the 4th floor and is approx 25mq. Bed is in a mezzanine but you have a complete private space for yourselfes.
It has wood floor and a big window. Room is already completely furnished.
Rest of the house: it is at the 2nd floor: Living room is quite big (~28mq) and it has a big sofa with TV and stereo and a table with 4 chair. Floor is in wood. Room has a balcony.
There is a lot of light because of a big window.
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave and oven and has a small two persons table.
House has a storage for bicycle.

In case extra space is needed (storage) an extra room in the storage is avaliable.

Ideal candidate is an expat, clean, worker or student, who plans to stay here. Pets are not allowed and best candidate will be selected after an interview or a group meeting. PLEASE SEND A PRESENTATION LETTER WITH YOUR APPLICATION.

During the interview you will also meet me (owner) and the flatmates. I am a 44 years old worker.
