On May 1, skirting boards, accessories and curtains will be installed.

Assumptions:

Rental UNFURNISHED. You only get 1 time the built-in equipment = fridge-freeze, combi-oven-microwave, hood, 4 times induction hob.

You take care of separate cabinets, mattresses, beds, tables, chairs, sofas. If you would like the owner to finance also gage cabinets and beds, sofa beds, you pay a surcharge.

You will be required to organize the house neatly and to keep it expertly clean on a weekly basis.
 

Conditions:

Serious candidates have a fixed salary with payslip or proven income from their own company in the Netherlands (not income from the past).

Candidates send the basic information by email:

· The number of people who will share the rental contract
· Of every fellow resident age, nationality, current profession, date of commencement of employment, date of end of current contract employment, net salary.
· The date of the first location in the Netherlands for each inmate. This is often the date on which the Citizen Service Number was assigned.
