Free Wi-Fi and water. Gas/Electric bill capped at €100 per month, measured using smart meter. 
Monthly cleaner is included within rental price. 
€900 deposit. 
Zero euro admin fee with letting agency. 
Looking for 6+months minimum stay. 
Move in date from Sunday 20th July at 9am onwards.
