About the place

I am looking for a student that is full-time studying in the region, preferably at the University of The Hague, that wants to take over the remainder of my lease for June and July.

About the studio: This is a unique two-level studio apartment.
Upper level: Entryway, kitchen area, and private bathroom.
Lower level: Bedroom/living area with French doors facing the canal.

Rent & Details:
I am paying €925 per month which includes all utilities and internet. I am not looking to make a profit, just want to recover some cost for rent as I am already paying rent at my new place.
