Bright Studio for Rent with Stunning Views of Scheveningen Beach

Starting January 2025, I’ll be moving into my new home, a unique two-floor property, each with its own bathroom and breathtaking views. To help share the costs, I’m renting out one of the floors.

About me:
I’m a 23-year-old Dutch native, working three days a week in The Hague and spending most of my free time with family elsewhere in the Netherlands.

The Studio:
Located on the fourth floor, this 30 m² studio offers a spacious feel with incredible views of Scheveningen Beach and Pier. It will be completely renovated with freshly painted walls, a new floor, and modern furniture (current photos show the old furniture).

Location:
The studio is in a prime spot:

Bike or jog along the boulevard and dunes.
Reach The Hague city centre in 13 minutes by bike or public transport.
Supermarkets, restaurants, and gyms are just a 2-minute walk away.
Facilities:

Separate bathroom with ample storage space.
I am considering installing a separate kitchen in the studio, I haven't figured that out, if you want this, I will consider it.
Access to the fully equipped shared kitchen on the upper floor, including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.
Air conditioning.
Use of a washing machine and dryer.
The studio has a lockable door for your privacy.
I live on the upper floor but am often away, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. I also enjoy cooking, so if you’d like to share a meal sometimes, that’s an option!

Important Notes:

Due to city regulations, the studio is suitable for one person only, and regularly hosting a partner is unfortunately not possible.
Registration for one person is allowed.
Only short-term contracts are available (up to one year), with no long-term rental protection!
