Conditions and extra costs
- Lutherse Burgwal is only for students. Raamstraat is also for non-students (no kids)
- Are you an international? (no Dutch nationality and not living in the Netherlands) you will get a contract for a
maximum of 12 months
- If your nationality is Dutch, your contract will be for a period of a maximum of 6 months
- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked
- Your booking is for 1 person. Studio’s above 26m2 may be inhabited by 2 persons (no kids). Additional costs
are charged for this.
Units are equipped with;
- curtains, desk with chair, closet, memo board and coat rack;
