We are subletting our bright and fully furnished studio in Mariahoeve neighborhood, perfect for a single working person.

We are subletting our lovely studio, for a period of 10-12 months, starting the 1st September 2025.

About the apartment; it has an independent bright kitchen with an induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher and it is fully-equipped ( utensils, crockery, glassware, cookware, etc.)

When you enter the apartment through the hallway you will find the kitchen on your left side and bathroom on the right, across the hallway you find the main living area.

The main space consists in the living room- bedroom area with a wall window that makes the space very bright.

The living room area is delimited with a carpet and has a 2 seats sofa with a coffee table that has a smart storage, spacious floor to ceiling TV furniture, a 50 inch 4K-HD Smart TV and dining area with a closet. 
The bedroom space is delimited with another carpet and has a 160x190cm Murphy queen size bed that gives you that extra space when you need it. It has its on wardrobe with mirror doors and indoor lighting and a bench with shoe storage space.
It has a small washing machine and if you want to do bigger loads at a time you will have to do it at the Launderette. 

Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood of Mariahoeve, close to really nice parks, including a 5 minute cycle to Huis ten Bosch, a must see green park with lovely woodlands, beautiful trails, lakes and the house of the Dutch Royalty among other things to discover. 
The mall with supermarkets and stores
is just 5 minutes walking distance. In a little bit over 20 minutes cycling you will enjoy the beautiful beach of Den Haag and in 15 minutes by public transport or 10 minutes cycling you can reach the city center.
The apartment has a bicycle parking and elevator. There is also free street parking. 

Mariahoeve is a green, spacious neighbourhood built in the 1960s with a park-like character and diverse architecture at the edge of The Hague. The neighbourhood is divided into six smaller units, each with a green core as the heart of the neighbourhood. Here you can find a mix of single-family homes, low four-story apartment buildings and high 12-story apartment towers. It is a quiet neighbourhood with lots of green spaces and a relaxed atmosphere.

We are asking 1200€ + 30€ (once a month cleaner) a month incl utilities and 1 months deposit. 

What we are looking for:

- We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful with the apartment and the neighbours. Also that is capable to maintain and care for the place.
- Minimum net income of 2,5 x the rent amount.
- For one person only
