About the place

This is a studio of 29m2 in total. Private pantry, living, sleeping and bathroom. 
And possible to use the shared kitchen and living room of the adjacent student rooms.  

We offer accommodation to 13 (minimum) HBO students (Avans-HAS-Fontys) in a converted farmhouse in the historic district of old Orthen, 10 minutes by bike from both the Center/Station and the Education Boulevard.
Interns and Erasmus students can also be accommodated.
Due to the graduation of our students, rooms will become available for students again for the new academic year.  

We offer ample free parking for cars – 50 meters away from the nature reserve (Diezemonding).
The property is periodically inspected and meets the legal municipal requirements.
A living room, 4 showers, 6 toilets, a communal kitchen, a terrace and a lockable bicycle shed are among the shared facilities.

Smoking and (soft) drug use is expressly prohibited. 

There is supervision by an administrator.

The Studio is reserved for students who are dependent on a student studio due to travel time.
