About the place

Hereby, i am offering the biggest room from my apartment. It is a fairly spacious apartment with all necessities including a dishwasher. Large living room, spacious kitchen, shower and a long balcony.  This 3 bedroom appartment is being shared with 1 other person (man) That works fulltime. I myself will be there 4 days until eary evening, and i will leave afther about 21:00. The apartment (flat) is located at 5 minutes walking distance from a large shopping mall in den bosch (De rompert). And 10 minutes cycling distance from central station. It is always clean and tidy. Most important condition: Registration at address is not possible. And i rather have a renter that will stay at least 1 year. So are you only looking for a place to stay for at least 1 year and without registration? Then that is possible in any case. I am not the most difficult, so everything is negotiable.
