About the place

Looking for someone to sublet my furnished studio whilst I am on a project abroad. Ideally from mid August but late July is also a possibility, until the first week of November

The studio is fully equipped (private kitchen including oven, and a private bathroom), well insulated, and with large windows. 

Morning sun, so no direct heat in the afternoon during the summer. 

If desired, the monitor, computer, and blender / food processor can stay to be used by the tenant.

The building has a locked bike shed, a shared balcony, shared kitchen, and fun amenities like:

- cinema
- foosball
- pingpong
- pool table
- study / work areas
- shared kitchen

Price is non negotiable.
