About the place

Hi! I want to sublet my studio from DUWO from mid-July to early October. 
Because the studio is owned by DUWO, you need a Dutch study certificate to be able to sublet it from me.

The studio is located in Delft, between Delft Central Station and Delft Campus in a beautiful green spot. A shopping centre with a supermarket and all the shops you need is a 5-minute walk away. 

The studio is furnished and features a private bathroom and kitchen. The building has washing machines that you can use. The building also has a recycling area with waste bins, so you don't have to walk far to throw away your waste bags. You can also use the covered bicycle shed. 

Enrolling in the municipality of Delft is possible, as is applying for a live-away grant.
