Hello there! I am subletting my DUWO studio at Roland Holstlaan for approximately 1 month 

The studio features its own kitchen and bathroom, measuring approximately 27 m² in total, so more than enough for one person. The apartment comes furnished with a desk, chair, bed, shelf, and cabinet. 
On the ground floor, there are shared washing machines and dries, and the house has bike storage facilities. The apartment is conveniently located next to Albert Heijn XL and a 10-minute bike ride away from the station and TU Delft.
