About the place

Available from the 15th of July until the 1st of November (3.5 months), due to an internship abroad. 

Fully furnished, including: fridge, freezer, microwave/oven combination, (small) dishwasher, TV, bed, couch, desk, (small) dining table, chairs, water boiler, coffee machine, cutlery / plates / cups / pots / pans, and so on. 

Rent exactly equal to the amount charged by DUWO. Deposit equals one month of rent. Personally I do not receive any (governmental) rent support, but apparently it is possible to receive the rent support as a subletter too, if you meet the requirements, although I do not have any experience with this. Preference for female subletter. Only for students / interns!
