About the place

Before you start sending me a message:
-Available from 21-08-2025, the contract will NOT start later.
- the apartment is for ONE person
-Please don't reply if you can't afford the rent. Also please don't reply if your work contract is ending very soon without an extension.
-Please don't reply if you require guarantors 1000s of kilometers away.
-No students, only working people and such as PhD'er
-If I invite you for a viewing, you come in person.
-Contract minimum is one year, not shorter. There is no possibility for a shorter contract.

It is a bright apartment with a separate kitchen which is connected to a large balcony.
Close to shops, train, tram, bus etc. 

I am happy to invite you for a viewing if you send me a complete message with required details such as how long you want to live in the apartment and your salary.
