Dear potential tenant,

We'll get an apartment/studio available from the 12th of May or the 1st of June, 2025. This studio is 22m2 in size and is completely independent. This means that it has its own bathroom, kitchen area and living/bedroom.

In addition to your studio, you can also use the common areas in the building, which together are more than 100m2 in size. This includes two lounge rooms, a washing and drying room, a backyard of approx. 50m2, a bicycle shed of approximately 40m2 and a reception/post desk.

The studio is rented unfurnished. Furniture is possible, but this is not included in the rental price.

The costs for gas, water, electricity, internet, etc. are included. The total rent is therefore 875 euros without furniture. The deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent. So this is 1,312.5 euros.
