The house is situated on a good location, less than 10 minutes by bike from the historic city center and less then 5 minutes to Delft Central Station by bike. Public transport is within walking distance and there is an excellent location in regard to various roads. Rent is € 695 per month excluding € 130,- per month for the use of G/W/E and internet. Available only from 01.02.2025.

Rental conditions:
- Suitable for maximum 1 person 
- Rent needs to be paid in advance
- There will be no explanations regarding the selecting process
- It is not allowed to keep pets in the studio
- No smoking and no changes can be made to the property (painting, drilling etc)
