Students only!

I'd like to briefly sublet my DUWO room while I'm on vacation, in the first weeks of September. This way, you can use it as a base from Delft to explore the city, university and find a new room.

The studio is fully equipped (kitchenware, washing machine). Water, electricity, and internet costs are included in the price (approximately €315, to be agreed upon).

The sublet must be approved by DUWO. They require:
- A copy of your passport/ID
- Proof of enrollment for the 2025-2026 academic year
For the sublet period, you can:
- Register with the municipality
- Receive a non-resident grant from DUO (for Dutchies).
