Are you a couple ready to take the next step and move in together, but still want to enjoy the vibrant student life?

Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a fun, social couple to join our house of 28 amazing housemates.

If you enjoy shared dinners, organizing parties, and being part of a lively community, this is the place to be! As a house, we regularly come together for events like house parties, room drinks, a Christmas dinner, New Year's Eve celebrations, and our annual house weekend. We also host creative workshops, yoga and dance sessions, workouts in our home gym, and much more—your ideas are always welcome!

Our house is located in the historical center of Delft and comes fully equipped with all the amenities you could need: internet, a (nearly always stocked) beer fridge, washing machines, multiple gardens, a large common room and kitchen, a home cinema/party room, a study room, a dishwasher, and even a house terrarium!
The room for rent is on the top floor, featuring 45m² of space, including a private kitchen, bathroom, a separate bedroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden. Rent is approximately €800 per month. You may be eligible for a housing subsidy (check with the Belastingdienst for details). To qualify for the room, it's ONLY for a (relationship) couple.
