Availability:
- Available from March 15, 2025, to June 1, 2025  
- Rent: €1200 per month, including utilities (gas, water, electricity) and internet.  €3000 for the entire period.

Location:  
The studio is perfectly situated, with a supermarket closeby, various shops, and the luxury gym David Lloyd just around the corner. The city center is only 20 min away. 

Transport:
- Bus stop Valeriusrondeel right at your doorstep.  
- Just  7 minutes by bike to Capelsebrug metro station.  
- 20 minutes by bike to Erasmus University Rotterdam.  
- 20 minutes by bike to Rotterdam Alexander train station.  

Important Information:
- Registration is not possible.
- Suitable for a maximum of 2 people.  
- No pets allowed.  
- I’m looking for someone who is tidy, will take good care of my home, keeps it clean, and has a love for plants.
