🗓️available from July 22(can be earlier) 2026 - end of Oct/Nov 2026 (probability of extension till Dec but still unsure)

📍Location [bike mins]: 
- 5 mins from station by bike
- 4 mins to centrum by bike
-10 mins to Avans/BUas by bike

* registration is possible (you need to be a student to register)
* price is 650 without utilities, and 700 with utilities + wifi.
* room size is 30m2 , private kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and it has a big window with balcony.
* the place will be furnished with appliances as well ( microwave, airfryer, electric cookplate, rice cooker, vacuum, fridge-freezer, standing fan, monitor, keyboard and water cooker)
* no pets/smoking , neat&tidy
