The Central Station can be reached within 10 minutes by bike and a bus stop is almost in front of the door. Parking options are available, but you must apply for a parking permit from the Municipality of Breda. Universities of applied sciences can be reached within 15 minutes by bike.
The surface of the studio is approximately 14 m². The studio has its own bathroom and toilet and the kitchen is shared with 5 other roommates. In addition, together you share a large garden of approximately 60m2.
The studio is intended for a maximum of 1 student. Pets are not allowed.
The rent is € 660,- including G/W/L and service costs per month. The deposit is twice the rent. Registration at the address is possible.
