About the place

We are offering our studio for temporary rental. It is a 47 m² space that we are renting out furnished. Naturally, we will remove all personal belongings and wall decorations. The studio is available for exactly the period of 1 school year and will be available from August 24, 2026, through August 23, 2027.

The studio is located on Meerten Verhoffstraat and is situated 100 meters from Central Station. The studio includes a private parking space behind a gate. This gate closes automatically after 8:00 PM and on Sundays. You can open the gate using a code. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, the top floor. There is no elevator.

We are offering the studio furnished with all luxuries, such as a washing machine, dryer, a 160 x 200 cm bed, an induction hob, a new microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a large television. The studio features a nice skylight, providing extra light and ventilation. The studio is located at the rear, overlooking a quiet courtyard with gardens. Because it does not border on neighbors (only downstairs neighbors), it is a quiet studio and completely soundproof. The Valkenberg Park, with the center of Breda behind it, is literally around the corner.

It is possible to apply for housing allowance. This is an allowance you are entitled to if you are a Dutch resident. It can amount to a substantial sum, depending on your own situation.
