Studio situated at a perfect location with a large roof terrace (20m2) located in southern direction on the top floor.There is 20m2 private storage space located on the first floor. Within 5 min. walking distance from the city centre. Supermarket and other shops within 400m. 
Overview of apartement: corrdor, toilet, sink and shower area, living room with two inbuild cupboards, kitchen with washing machine and refrigerator. 
The studio apartment has been renovated in 2012 en is completely furnished with new electronics. (washing machine, refrigerator and television). 
Two months deposit to be paid with the first rent. There is the option to inhabit the apartment with 2 people. This would increase the rent with 100 euros/month.
I would love to let my studio to a potential tenant, who allows me to stay at my studio for one weekend per month as I live in Helsinki, Finland and travel to my hometown once a month. 
This will naturally affect the monthly rent and a deduction of 100euros will be implemented per weekend.
