Central Station is a 10-minute bike ride away, and a bus stop is practically right outside. Parking is available, but you will need to apply for a parking permit from the Municipality of Breda. Universities of applied sciences are within a 15-minute bike ride.
The studio is approximately 26m². It has a private bathroom and toilet. You share a kitchen with five other residents. You also share a roof terrace of approximately 40m².
The studio is intended for a maximum of one student. Pets are not allowed.
