About the place

For rent for 3 months starting June 1st, 2025: renovated independent student studio.

In Beuningen on the Slottuin in the beautiful Donjon building there is still 1 temporary independent studio available.

The studio has its own pantry kitchen, shower and toilet. The common area has fully equipped kitchen and shared laundry facilities.

In time, the studios will be integrated into a care provider (DWI). Until then, they are temporarily available for (working) students.

The studio will be delivered bare but with flooring and the pictures are for reference.

- maximum 1 person
- no smoking
- no pets
- deposit equal to 1 month rent
