Offered from August 1, 20254 to March 31 (6 months, other term negotiable; shorter period at higher price per month):

Modern studio “Dijkzicht”, in a bed and breakfast facility. This is a building with lodging function (no permanent residence possible).

Private bathroom, own fully equipped kitchen (not pictured) and living area. Sleeping area separated from sitting area by closet wall. Washer and dryer available (shared use).

The studio is run from a lodging function, hence there is an additional cost of lodging tax per person. Ideal for 1 or 2 persons for vacation, a bridging, temporary stay or work in the Netherlands. Price is for said period including (!!) gas, water, electricity, internet and TV, based on temporary stay based on accommodation of said period and self cleaning, washing etc and normal use of gas, electricity and water.

Parking on site. Ideal location in a nice quiet and safe (work) environment.

What we are specifically looking for are for example PhD students, assistants in training, ex-pats or employees of your company who can enjoy temporary accommodation in this accommodation
