I’m subletting my completely furnished studio for a temporary period from July 1st, 2025 to September 30th, 2025.
The studio is about 18m², has its own kitchenette equipped with cooking hobs and a combination microwave oven, and a private bathroom. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building for shared use.
Are you looking for a temporary place to stay or want to explore Arnhem/Velp ahead of your academic year? Then this is the ideal studio for you!
The studio is located in the SSH& complex on Zoomstraat, in Presikhaaf, Arnhem, just a 2-minute walk from Presikhaaf train station and close to shops.
To rent the studio, you must be registered with SSH& and have valid proof of student status.
Rent is €400,- including utilities. 1 month rent deposit that you get back at the end.
