About the place

I'm looking for a single person or couple who needs a temporary place for the month of May. The apartment will be sublet by me for that month, and starting in June, it may be available for a longer-term lease, potentially through September or beyond, pending an agreement with the current landlord.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. I’ll be taking a few personal items, but everything else will remain for your use.
