About the place
** You should be either a student or doing an internship in Amsterdam for the period of living. 
*** You must provide proof of enrollment at a Dutch educational institution located in Amsterdam area.

I am looking for a tenant who needs a place to stay for 3 months as I am temporarily going abroad for that period. 

This full-furnished studio is available from 9 June 2025 until 9 September for 1 person. (Checking out on 9 September, longer period possible without registration)

The location is popular with young adults. Modern and safe living environment. Easily accessible by bicycle or public transport. There is a metro, bus, tram, and train station within 10 min walking distance. Gyms, super markets, police station are also in walking distance.

The rent includes every utility charge like electricity, heating, waste tax, and etc.

There is a shared facility for laundry and dryer, so you can use them with a little money (1.5-2 euros for laundry).

I prefer a female student who can rent out the room for the whole period. If you are interested, please send me a message with a little introduction of yourself :)
