About the place

I'm renting out my furnished studio for 6 months during my exchange semester abroad. Registration possible.
Perfectly located in the historic centre of the old town, in a lively
area: shops, culture, museums, opera, shopping… at the foot of the
building. The campus of the University of Amsterdam (UvA) is within
walking distance.
Paardenstraat is a pedestrian street located between the Amstel
River (water view from the balcony) and the lively and sought-after
square, Rembrandtplein.

The studio is comfortable, functional and cozy with: an entrance, a main
living room/kitchen/bedroom, a bathroom with washing machine, and a
balcony.
It is very bright and in very good condition. Fully equipped and decorated in
summer 2023: 1m40x2m bed, table, 2 chairs, 1 stool, 1p sofa, large
shelf/library, wardrobe/closet, shoe rack.
Perfectly secure with intercom, 2 access doors in the hall, the apartment is
on the 4th floor with elevator. Collective heating.
