Details and conditions:
- Co-living is not allowed
- Children are not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the building
- You are at least 18 years old
- Deposit is one time the rent
- Municipal taxes for garbage and water will be charged proportionally.

Location and accessibility:
The studio is located in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost across the street from the Amsterdam UMC and the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA). It is a three minute walk to the buses and a five minute walk to the metro- or train station Holendrecht. You can be in the center of both Amsterdam and Utrecht in twenty minutes. Within seven minutes walk you are in the shopping center of Holendrecht.

The house is directly available for half an year. After this, I would like to return back to my own place, but depending on the situation the duration can be prolonged.
