Central Fully Furnished Studio in Amsterdam

Available from the first of June 2025 until the first of February 2026. Possibly longer.

- Location: Close to the subway and train station Holendrecht. The supermarket is right next to the building.
- Parking: Free parking is available 5 minutes walk from the building.
Paid parking is also available right behind the building for €1 a hour or €7,50 a day.
- Laundry: The building has a laundry room where you can wash for €5.50 and dry for €3.
- Pets: unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in our building


Important Information
- Smoking inside the studio is not allowed. There are smoke detectors in the studio and hallways.
- There is an outside area with benches where smoking is permitted.

The deposit will be fully refunded if the studio is left in the same condition as upon arrival. The photos in the advertisement are example photos (it’s the exact same kitchen and bathroom, just different furniture; actual photos will be provided this week. 

Viewings are possible by appointment. Please include a brief description of yourself, your occupation, and why you are interested in temporarily renting my studio.
