A fully furnished 30m² studio will be available by the end of April.

Additional details and conditions:
• Co-habitation is not allowed
• Children are not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking in the building is not allowed
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent
• Rental period: at least 6 months and up to 24 months
• Registration is possible: however, be aware of additional charges which you pay directly to the government. Approximately €295 for water board tax and €350 for waste collection fees per person each year, which will be divided proportionally.

Location and accessibility:
The studio is located in Amsterdam Zuidoost. It’s a three-minute walk to the bus stops and five minutes to the Holendrecht metro or train station. Both the center of Amsterdam and Utrecht can be reached within twenty minutes. A seven-minute walk takes you to the Holendrecht shopping center.

The complex also offers several facilities, such as a lounge and communal meeting area, as well as various hospitality options. There is a launderette where you can use the washing machines and dryers via the Pay2Wash app for a fee. A bicycle storage area is available, as well as parking facilities: reservations can be made through the My Way app.
