What you can expect
The studio comes fully furnished and includes a private bathroom, kitchen and sunshade. High-speed fiber-optic internet is available, and the building is equipped with an elevator. Outside, there are picnic tables where you can relax or work on sunny days.

The rent is all-inclusive, covering gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes, so no surprises.

The building also offers shared facilities such as a lounge and meeting area, as well as access to a launderette (Pay2Wash app), bicycle storage and optional parking.

Location
Located in Amsterdam Zuidoost, the studio offers excellent accessibility. Within a 3-minute walk you’ll find bus connections, and within 5 minutes you can reach Station Amsterdam Holendrecht for both metro and train. From here, you can travel to both Amsterdam city center and Utrecht in approximately 20 minutes. A nearby shopping center is within walking distance (about 7 minutes).

Good to know
The studio is best suited for one person. To ensure a pleasant living environment for all residents, co-habitation, pets and smoking are not allowed. The minimum rental period is 6 months, with a maximum of 24 months. Registration at the address is possible. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
