About the place

Hi!
I’m Kerstin and I live in a spacious apartment on Kalverstraat, just 2 minutes from Dam Square (so very central). My current flatmate is moving out, so a room is becoming available.
I work full-time and mostly from home. I’m also very active — I do triathlon, play tennis, and am usually busy with some kind of sport. That’s why I’m looking for someone with a similar rhythm who mostly works from the office during the day (so we’re not both on calls all day 😉).
The apartment:

🛋️ Spacious living/dining area
💰 Rent: approx. €1200 p.p. excl.
Contract and registration are possible. The landlord requires a minimum net income of €3500 per month.
I’m preferably looking for a flatmate who is independent and easygoing, and who might also enjoy occasionally working out or cooking together :)
