Are you a female student, PhD candidate, intern or young professional - looking for an affordable place to live in the very heart of Amsterdam - with a love for kids and availability in your week to support on some logistics?

We are offering a beautiful, fully furnished private attic studio in our historic canal house on the Leidsegracht at a fair rent for prime quality and location. In return, we are looking for someone who is happy to help with light logistical support for our two children (ages 2 and 5) at fixed times during the week in AM and/or PM.

This is an ideal arrangement for someone with a predictable schedule who enjoys being around children and is looking for an exceptional place to live at a decent rent.

The family support consists of:
- Mon–Fri: 6:45–8:30 AM
- Mon/Wed/Fri: 3-6 PM (pick-up and drop-off school/daycare/activities)

Your private studio
The approximately 20 m² studio is bright, quiet and furnished, with beautiful views over Amsterdam's rooftops and canals. It includes:
- Private kitchenette with appliances (fridge, stove, oven)
- Private bathroom with shower and toilet
- Comfortable bed of up to 1,60m width
- Storage space
- Dining table and desk
- upon request: we can provide also towels and sheets

The studio is located in a charming historic canal house on the Leidsegracht, within walking distance of the Nine Streets, Jordaan, Leidseplein, Vondelpark, museums, cafés and excellent public transport. Although right in the city centre, the canal is wonderfully peaceful—perfect for studying, working and relaxing.

The studio is connected to our family home via a shared staircase, while your own space is fully private and lockable.

Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a female tenant who values a calm and respectful home environment and is looking for more than just a room. We are looking for someone who appreciates the setup of complete independence in her own private living space while contributing a small part to our family's rhythm.

Practical Information
- Rent: €1,300/month (incl utilities, wifi, weekly cleaning)
- Rental period: min 6– max 9 months
- Female applicants only
- Strictly non-smoking and no drugs
- No visitors or overnight guests
