About the place

Hello,
Me (Indian, 33,M) and my housemate (Dutch, 32,M) rent a place in Amsterdam Oost, very close to Park Frankendael and a short walk/bike to Amstel station. I’m taking a sabbatical and will be away for at least 3 months, so we’re looking for someone to take over my spot.  You can register at the address and if you’d like to stay permanently after the 3 months, that’s also an option — some of the furnishings would then need to be taken over (happy to discuss).

We’re both easy-going and keep a clean, well-furnished home. There’s a gym nearby, lots of green space, and a private terrace. The apartment is about 100 m² with 3 rooms:

1 large bedroom (~20 m²) — my housemate’s
2 smaller rooms (~20 m² combined / or clarify sizes) — bedroom + office — these would be yours (photos attached)
1 common living area/kitchen/terrace: 60 m2
Rent: €1300 / month (all utilities included)
Available from: [date] for ~3 months (longer / permanent possible)
