Four EXCLUSIVE, very luxurious rooms in one of the most expensive areas of Amsterdam, which we are renting to highly educated people, mainly expats, working at companies like Tom Tom, Deloitte, Expedia, Liberty Global, Polo Ralph Lauren, Colgate, etc.

The single bedroom in this advertisement comes available as per direct! 
My apartment is situated:
* In a very quiet building.
* Near the fantastic Vondelpark (just on a five minute's walk) 
* Close to the City Center (just on a 20 minute's walk)
* On an approximately five minute's drive by car from the city ring (A10)

The available studio offers you:
* A fantastic overview over "het Legmeerplein" (Amsterdam Oud-Zuid).
* An independent entrance (you do not have to enter my apartment to enter your room) 
* Your own sink.
* A desk with a comfortable chair.
* A washer/ dryer combo.
* A magnetron and water boiler.
* A connection for Wifi.
* Its own towels (3). 
* It’s own bed linen, cushion and videt.
* It’s own fridge.

You will have your own kitchen cupboard & gear (dishes, glasses, etc.)!

You will be sharing:
* The shower with a toilet. 
* A balcony facing the south. 

Extra benefits of the location are:
* It is on a 3 minute's walk from the Hoofddorpplein with a lot of shops (A huge grocery is around the corner) and a bus and tram stop.
* It is only on a five minute's cycle from a metro stop.
* A lot of restaurants and cafes are nearby.

The apartment (including your room) will be cleaned two times per month for 45 Euro's by a professional cleaning company during your stay!   

It guarantees you a clean place to live in during your stay at the location! Using drugs (incl. smoking hash and pot) is strictly forbidden at our location!
