This studio comprises the full attic of a beautiful historic building in the quiet part of the Lange Leidsedwarsstraat. Fully renovated with 4 new wide dormer windows (so lots of natural light), floor heating, stocked kitchen, modern bathroom and all new furniture. Lots of sloping walls though. The front window looks out over a tall tree in a small playground rather than (human) neighbours. Though it's a single space, the sleeping area feels separated because of the stretched floor plan. Registration of course possible. Only available for a tenant wishing to live in Amsterdam temporarily for the purposes of their studies or internship.
